Pizza Hut UK Classic Crust Review

Pizza Hut in the United Kingdom (one of the biggest pizza delivery chain restaurants in the country) have launched a brand new crust to sit alongside their other offerings; Italian, Pan, Gluten Free, Stuffed Crust and the ever popular Cheesy Bites.

This new one is called the Classic Crust, probably named as such as it seems to be an American classic style with a thin base, thick outer crust and dusted with garlic butter flavoured seasoning.

I tried it last night and am happy to report...it's pretty good. Watch the video above to see my live reaction, but in summary - the thinness of the base is something that I really like. If I ever go to Dominos I love their thin and crispy crust. This one isn't crispy, but it's still good. The crust itself is very good - airy and light in the middle with a crisp outer crust. The seasoning is really what you would expect....strong on garlic flavour, quite salty and heavily seasoned and with a punch of herbiness too (I believe parsley).

It is good enough that if I were to order from Pizza Hut again, I'd probably veer towards this crust. I don't believe there was any additional cost for the crust, and it is only available on Large.

Let me know in the comments if you've tried the product and stay tuned for more reviews.
